My love for cooking started in the kitchen with friends and family, but it was the healing power of food that truly captured my heart.

That passion led me to study Functional Nutrition through the Functional Nutrition Alliance, where I gained a deep understanding of how food affects the body’s core systems.

Now practicing in Santa Cruz, California, I combine evidence-based nutrition with compassionate care — helping others build healthy habits that support lasting wellness.
